We don’t run a phone line or a contact form. Everything goes to one inbox — info@submitlist.space — and a real person reads it. Usually we get back to you in a business day, sometimes faster, sometimes a bit slower if it’s a weekend.
One inbox, one human reading it: info@submitlist.space. A subject line like “Vendor,” “Legal,” or “Press” helps us get it to the right place a little faster, but it’s not required. We watch the inbox Monday through Friday, roughly 9–5 Central, and we’ll usually get back to you within a business day.
If your question is about Helm specifically — billing, a feature not working, account stuff — the in-app help inside helmapp.co is the fastest path. It’s monitored outside business hours, and it gives the support team the context they need to actually fix things.
