Terms of Use

Last updated April 30, 2026

These are the terms for the website at submitlist.space — the company site, run by SubmitList LLC, a Texas LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover this website only. Each product we run (currently Helm) has its own terms that cover that product.

Using the site

The site is here so you can learn about the company and our products. Use it for that. Don’t try to break in, scrape it in a way that takes it down for other people, or do anything illegal with it.

Our stuff

The text, layout, graphics, and the SubmitList name and marks belong to SubmitList LLC (or our licensors). You can read the site, link to pages, and print pages for your own reference. Reproducing or redistributing chunks of it for commercial use needs our written sign-off first.

Outbound links

We link to other sites, including our own products. We don’t control what other sites do, and a link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Not advice

Stuff on this site is general information, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Don’t make important decisions based on it — talk to a professional.

The boilerplate (yes, in caps)

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SUBMITLIST LLC AND ITS PEOPLE WON’T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TIED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WON’T EXCEED $100.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims that come from you misusing the site or violating these terms, including reasonable legal fees.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last edit. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

Where this is decided

Texas law governs these terms (no conflict-of-laws fanciness). Any dispute lives in state or federal court in Travis County, Texas, and you agree to be sued there if it comes to it.
